Return / Exchange Policy:
To return or exchange simply obtain a Return Authorization Number from Nashville Boot
Co. via E-mail at
info@nashvilleboots.com or by calling 800-422-2708 between the
hours of 9am - 4pm CST Monday thru Friday. Returns without a
Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Returns must be in original box. Boots must show no signs of wear
and the original tags must be attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
