Nashville Boot Co. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Gift Certificate purchases can only be exchanged: no returns allowed. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and show no signs of wear (please see Gift Certificate Exchange Policy below).

State sales tax will be added to Tennessee residents only at 9.25%. This tax will be noted on your invoice.

Exchange Policy:
Nashville Boot Co. gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Simply obtain a Return Authorization Number from Nashville Boot Co. via email at: info@nashvilleboots.com. We will reply with the Return Authorization Number and shipping address. Exchanges must be in original box. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Boots must show no signs of wear and the original tags must be attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
